***Welcome to AMBRELA Journal Club***

Here at Amani Biomedical Research Laboratory, we have Journal Club Meetings that are held weekly on every Wednesdays as from 9.00 to 10.00 hrs. The meetings are free for all those working in the laboratory as well as visiting Scientists and Technologists. During such meetings each participant is given an opportunity to air his/her views on several aspects related to his/her field of expertise. A varied number of aspects can be discussed, which include among others:- reviewing papers, protocols, draft proposals, manuscript in preparation or laboratory experiments that require trouble shooting and inputs from colleagues. Essentially the presenter is supposed to give the title and/or summary of his/her talk two days before the dates of presentation. The sessions are organized such that, 20 minutes are allocated for presentation and the remaining 40 minutes are for discussions so as to allow interactive discussions. The meetings help to make researchers become more familiar with what is really happening in their field of study as well as identifying and getting acquainted with what is being done elsewhere. You are warmly welcome to listen and share your knowledge with us. "Our motto is sharing of minds changes lives".
